Sonny Roldan - Director of Food and Beverage

Sonny was born in Napa, California at the Queen of the Valley hospital. He grew up in Napa and Vallejo and attended public schools in both cities. He began his Food and Beverage career as a dishwasher more than 18 years ago and has experience in virtually every position in the restaurant environment. He has worked at many great Napa Valley restaurants, such as Mustards Grill, Bistro Don Giovanni, and Coles Chop House over the past 15 years. Nine years ago he came to the Chardonnay Golf Club & Vineyards and has cherished every minute since coming here.

"I feel as though I have grown up in the Food and Beverage business here at Chardonnay," according to Sonny. "I love interacting with the members, customers and staff and feel like I'm at home when I'm here. I look forward to many more exciting, challenging and prosperous years to come with new ownership and management here at the club."

Sonny resides in Napa with two daughters, Monique & Melina, his son Max and younger brother, Jesse.
